JAKARTA— Th e Indomobil Group is holding a dedicated electric car exhibition at Senayan City (Sency), Central Jakarta. The exhibition, titled “Indomobil Expo,” will last for two weeks, from May 5 to 17, 2026. Mr Santiko Wardoyo, the CEO of Indomobil Dealership Group, stated that this is the first Indomobil Expo. The exhibition aims to contribute to building an electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia.
“Through this momentum, we are proud to mark the start of the Indomobil Expo as a manifestation of our commitment to presenting relevant innovations for today’s mobility solutions,” said Mr Santiko Wardoyo on Tuesday, 5 May, 2026.
“This initiative also emphasizes Indomobil’s role as a bridge between global innovation and local needs, as well as part of Indonesia’s growing mobility ecosystem,” he said.
Indomobil brings together several major brands under its umbrella. These include Changan, Citroën, GAC AION, JAC, Maxus, and Volkswagen (VW). Visitors can see and test drive all of them. The exhibition has set up a dedicated test drive track.
Ten electric cars will be showcased at the Indomobil Expo: the AION V, AION UT, Hyptec HT, Changan Lumin, Changan Deepal S07, Citroën eC3, JAC Trekker T9 EV, Maxus MIFA 9, Maxus MIFA 7, and the Volkswagen ID. Buzz.
To make it easier for visitors to own an electric vehicle at the Indomobil Expo, various promotions from the Indomobi Group are available, ranging from spectacular prizes to leasing packages that simplify ownership of an electric vehicle from the Indomobil Group. (*)
