Vehicle imports in Indonesia during January–November 2025 reached a total of 151,495 units, with imports concentrated among a limited number of brands. BYD emerged as the largest contributor, accounting for 51,435 units or 34.0 percent of total imports, followed by Toyota with 30,996 units or 20.5 percent. VinFast ranked third with 17,222 units or 11.4 percent, indicating a strong presence of new entrants, while the remaining brands each held single-digit market shares, reflecting a fragmented import structure beyond the leading players.
