Monthly Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle Whole Sales Volume, January – November 2025

Based on the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) sales data from January to November, total volume reached 4,312 units, with Chery emerging as the clear market leader. Chery recorded cumulative sales of 3,192 units, accounting for the majority of PHEV demand, followed by Jaecoo with 762 units, while other brands posted relatively limited volumes. Monthly sales accelerated sharply from May and peaked in June at 1,237 units, indicating that PHEV market growth during the period was largely driven by new product introductions and aggressive expansion by Chinese brands.
